Can you assist with Defense Medical Exams (DMEs)?

Absolutely. I provide professional observation during DMEs to ensure the exam stays within the scope of the court order. I provide a detailed log of the exam, noting what tests were—and were not—actually performed, which can be critical for cross-examining the defense expert.
